Sarah von der Lippe is a founding member and Senior Fellow of the Jamestown Project. Ms. von der Lippe is the founder and owner of a sole proprietor law practice targeted to providing legal representation and consulting in the fields of civil rights and affirmative action. Her clients have included the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, and the Urban Institute. Ms. von der Lippe was also the Director of Justice Policy for the John Kerry for President Campaign, 2004. She has also handled poverty issues for Senator Edward M. Kennedy, on the staff of the U.S. Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources. In addition, she has worked for the Rockefeller Foundation, the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund and Kids Project.
