Our fellows represent a new generation of ideas and leadership. They are a group of professors and practitioners, who specialize in different fields related to public policy, criminal law, election law, corporate law, tax, the environment, politics, religion and community activism. The Jamestown Project John - Angela Fellowship Program presents a comprehensive approach to the support of the research, strategic thinking and prototype implementation necessary to advance civic engagement. Named in memory of two of the earliest known slaves in the Jamestown Colony, the fellowship program invests economic, professional, and intellectual support in writers, thinkers, and doers who seek to awaken our democracy committing to a systematic approach tying thinking to doing in our quest to make democracy real.
